About 85 pushups this morning, about 90 situps this morning, and then I mulled over whether I wanted to go short or long. I did two laps of the golf course block, which was almost one. After one lap, I decided to go for the second. Both laps were done, with a short 100-150m slower portion in each, remainder hard.
My knees will probably feel it, but I guess it was better than the alternative of going for a short run that didn't do anything.
