Today was pleasantly fast relative to my other runs all year.
I felt two bursts of speed this morning, the first from the usual full bore warmup at about 30 minutes, and the second coming mostly from the burning schadenfreude I get from burning people on the sidewalk. I don't care if that sounds antisocial.
It was a glorious 48 degrees, and I went out hard, right from the start. I am SO glad I didn't sleep in this morning.
