What a pleasant surprise from yesterday's run...although I suspect it took a run like yesterday's to set one up for today.
The weather was absolutely glorious this morning. When I can roll out just shy of 10am and it's still 63 degrees (and it goes up to all of 66) I can deal with that.
Comparative speed for effort was no comparison. I felt a big, big difference in today and in days that the temperature is over 70F, let alone 80F.
Yay. I felt so moto that I even went a bit extra. First time I've done a 7-miler in a while.
