Today was as pleasant weather as I'm likely to see all summer. Couldn't pass it up and I finally went to sleep early enough to get something approximating the six hours of sleep I have to have overall.

This run in general went better as it started well, and just got faster (less a short uphill stretch in the third leg). The return leg was markedly faster, but much of it is a gentle downhill that promotes fast running.
