First run in a while. Work has been bad again. When I started running, my skin started to itch a little bit, but my joints and ankles really started to hurt noticeably. After about a mile, it went away, and by 2.5mi, I felt better. I needed this run.

New shoes, another set of Asics GT-IIs, as they were cheap, and honestly, they seem to do about as well as the GT-IIs I ran in when I was in 10th grade.
