The Girl Formerly Known As the Sledgehammer went for a bike ride with me. I realize I don't like doing multi-modal workouts (someone else rides, I run) because of the inherent disparities in uphill/downhill. I didn't mind her going, but I usually don't have to yell out direction to someone on the run.
By itself, not a big deal. However, running in direct sunlight (which usually makes me cranky) is a big catalyst for my general irritatedness. Also, and I haven't explained this to people, but I dislike of running in the day also manifests itself as a desire to start RIGHT THE FUCK AWAY.
Maybe I need to lay off the caffeine. Either that, or maybe a bottle of Jeremiah Weed might fix that shit.
