Today was a day of going hard, although it felt middling at first.  I felt much better going uphill, although part of it was experimenting with gait and stride.  I felt surprisingly better today than otherwise, but the weather doesn't get much better than it did today.  I've also slept 8 hours a night the last two days, so I'm sure that helped too.

Beyond the 3 mile mark, all times were faster than benchmark.  I guess that was encouraging.

I have not thought about that Mary Chapin Carpenter song in years.

100 pushups, 100 situps before starting.
