Same story as the last.  200 points and a slow-ass run.  This was slower than before, although I keep forgetting that I didn't run as fast as I thought I did the last time.

I desperately searched for a good iThink to punctuate the run, and I think this was a good one.  Unlike the run.

I realize that exercise is not an end in itself, like it is for many CrossFitters and others of the same ilk, but something I do because it feeds the beast for something else.  I could do speedwork to get faster, but I don't care enough to do it.  Meh.

Oh, and seven (six, and one just because) pull-ups after all was done, just out of force of habit.  Those pull-ups went kind of slow.
