Quantico is pretty hilly, even on the roads.  Running on a Saturday before sunrise is dark indeed.

I was meaning to run yesterday but I drank too much coffee the night before and didn't sleep well, so I figured discretion was the better part of valor.  Last night was better.

I was hoping for better speed, but no such luck.  At least the weather was nice.  I was doing this partly to clear my head as the administrative details of my trip east have been very, very painful.

Tomorrow I will run trails as I don't intend to start until after sunrise, which tomorrow, will be about 7:20.  Means I need to be out there by 6:45 and it should be light enough.
