First run, and the weather couldn't be better.

My legs, on the other hand, weren't feeling so great, and I attribute the drunken proceedings of the last few days to credit for that one. That, and having experienced the hairiest drive of my life going from Fayetteville NC to Baltimore. It really got entertaining when I was having to ride cars at a half second interval to avoid getting cut off by other drivers.

For a first run, this is acceptable (there was a glitch in timing since I had forgotten to key one split). For now. Once I'm more used to running some of these areas, and my legs are more ready, I'll see from there.

The parenthetical notation indicates that the first half mile and last half mile were not logged for time. Too bad I didn't really warm up correctly and took the first half mile at speed. Dumb, dumb, dumb. But not really that dumb. Yet.
