I'm somewhat disinclined to believe that I actually ran 5000m in 21:19 expending as little effort as I did. I'm not that thin, not that fit, and more significantly, not that fast. Checking it in USAPhotomaps, I realized I had shaved a half mile off the course.

Still, I have some homework to do before class and with the weather being a little warmer than usual (although nowhere near as bad as what I recall from Fayetteville in similar temperatures.

None. I probably should've been keeping track to see if it was really 5000m or not based on splits. Overall mile pace 8:12 based on math. For a recovery run, that's actually not so bad. Then again, Carlisle Barracks is pretty flat.
