Narrative
Two contributors to a relatively slow run today.

1. The heat and humidity. Pretty bad for here, but probably about normal for Fayetteville.

2. The fact that I went all out on a road march two days ago, my legs are still probably recovering, and that road march generated four sizeable blisters, one of which I inadvertently popped yesterday.

I can't believe how much I'm still sweating after the fact. My shirt was literally completely soaked.

The only other thing I did yesterday was some wall ball with my STX Eclipse, which I just taped for better grip. Sweet.
