Today was a lot better than yesterday. The weather this morning was a lot better than yesterday too. This afternoon, I'll be getting the clean high-and-tight haircut I traditionally get before any significant race. That should help too since it's been over two weeks since my last haircut. It matters.
There was a two degree difference between yesterday and today in terms of air temperature, but a 4 degree difference in dewpoint and it was apparent today.
I'm supposed to be pulling a jumpmaster duty tomorrow morning, but with a POPS (probability of precipitation) of about 50% I'm not too sanguine about that one. Winds don't look too bad, so in the freak event that it actually happens, it should go.
I have until 17 October to get a JM duty before I go uncurrent. I think I can pull that one off.
