I really didn’t feel like going out today, but I knew I couldn’t continue to eat what I’ve been eating over the last few days and still stave off running. Today wasn’t fast, but it wasn’t slow either. The easy start ensured a good set of negative splits.

I did manage to get a blister on my left foot. I’m not sure how that happened, but by the time I felt it, it was too late to fix. I’m hoping it’ll resolve quickly with some Bodyglide.

I haven’t gotten back into lifting; probably later this week if not next week. The speed and strength improvements from adding it to the running repertoire make it more than worth the extra time involved.

Still wish I had a Concept2 out here.
