Today’s run was supposed to be some easy LSD, which was for the most part the case. I thought I was going about 9 minute pace...which I guess to be the case until the end. I need to look at the first distances I hit because I don’t think it’s really .38 from where I am to the first split. I have a hard time visualizing going that fast for that little effort.
Tomorrow needs to be a short easy run. Maybe some upper body work might be in order too.
