I wasn't expecting to go 6, but I felt okay after warming up, and the weather was pleasant if a bit humid, so I did a repeat of yesterday's run, mostly. I may regret it later, but this gives me a little latitude to sleep in tomorrow, maybe.

Today's times were actually on the average faster than yesterday's in terms of running slightly faster splits in areas where I traditionally don't. Of course, the weather probably had something to do with it also (and the maelstrom of hailstones that dropped last night).
