I've taken the last few days off. Last two days of the work week were crushed by work and Saturday was shot when there was a power outage Friday evening.
What I didn't expect was to run most of this well inside zone 4 and to turn this into time trial pace. I was surprised as hard as I was running today - when I'm holding well into 165-167bpm, and running the pace I was running, it was a good run but one that's going to require a deliberate recovery plan.
Literally the hardest run I've done in training in a long while.
