Z4 high. Average/max heart rate = 167/182
Wasn't sure how I was going to feel, but I didn't want to run outside during the mid-day, so I hit the dreadmill. I think I overestimated the speed, but the last two miles turned into a good indicator of max VO2 as I was running at zone 4 hard. I haven't done any stress tests of max heart rate, but I don't think I was very far off by the end as I was steadily speeding up the dreadmill to finish faster. Better to finish hard than to extend the pain.
