First run, although the corn on the side of my foot is still being melted away, so it's pretty tender. I didn't want to row a third day in a row as my hands are starting to get callused and I wanted to switch it up. I probably should check on the corn tomorrow, although the pads I'm using are starting to work. I am not 21 anymore. That's apparent enough since my knees hurt, although the mileage on these shoes probably warrants replacement. Soon.
