Today did not feel as fast as it was. I just didn't feel like going that hard. Apparently, I wasn't. That still doesn't explain the split times, which were uncharacteristically fast for relative effort.
It could be that I took two days off and that might make a difference too. It could be that I slept for 9 hours for the first time since my implosion in December.
Who knows? I'm just happy that I hit the magic 666 figure today. I deliberately cut a tangent or two just to be sure.
I might need to relook what I said about the Sisters of Mercy song before. It was a lock-step steady mantra today.
