My legs were toast this morning, which is to be expected for going as hard as I did yesterday. Weather was warm enough to warrant shorts and t-shirt for the first time since I think October. It would've been criminal not to get at it this morning, as good as the conditions were. It wasn't completely a recovery run, but I'll probably do one tomorrow.
This is a ridiculously warm winter. Not that I'm complaining.
