After two days of rest, one intended, one not, I felt like going for a longer run, and today was ideal weather for it. Cool, dry, and breezy but not gusty. I seem to be hold this mileage mostly because I'm intensively stretching just about every possible thing right at the end of the run so I don't hurt like a motherfucker afterwards. So far, it seems to be working. Mostly.
The massive onslaught of Death Cab for Cutie is because of having it on pretty much infinite repeat while I've been working this week.
