Easy recovery run after yesterday's long run, and it delivered. I didn't feel like going very hard, and my max VO2 dropped commensurately, but no point in going hard two days in a row. That would be imprudent.

Today's iThink was quite unexpected, if only because I was thinking about my sophomore year in college and for some reason, the theme music from a game I played quite a bit in my freshman year figured.
