Z3 start, Z4 finish. Average/max heart rate = 147/167

Not an easy run, but not an exceedingly hard one. I started easier and then finished pretty aggressively. I felt better in the second half as I was warmed up, Hard finish, one that felt pretty good, actually.

Today was Memorial Day, and the 26th anniversary of my entry onto active duty. So I felt like getting a run in of some consequence. So I did.
