The Running Partner had a blister blow out, so I walked a sizeable chunk of today.

Tomorrow needs to be a rest day.  I can feel the accumulated work this week and I have committed the cardinal sin of massively ramping up mileage well past the 10 percent increase in a week.  But it'll be a check to see if running nothing but LSD can render benefits without the hammering that I normally associate with that kind of distance. The last time I ran 41 miles in a week was probably during college.
