I took yesterday off as I was pretty beat, mostly from lack of sleep. I decided to take today more quickly, or more deliberately, and I got in what I felt was a pretty good run, albeit not for the times I'd have liked. Still, it was good to get at it at what was not purely aerobic, but an attempt to push the pace.
