I started somewhat slower than I thought, but was more conservative in my pacing at the start, then progressively sped up. My usual first lap anomaly aside, I ran mostly negative splits, less the very last mile where I knew I was getting tired and started working different muscles as my quadriceps were pretty beat. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
