My legs were okay at first, and ran about steady state pace, but the last mile was considerably slower. This was a return from being sick for the last three days and having a bout with food poisoning in addition to a small head cold that I might've chalked up to exhaustion.

I felt pretty good, although tomorrow I need to exercise some discretion, which might mean a little LSD. I want to regain momentum that I lost while I was ill.
