Today is day 187 of the campaign.

Today was a very late start, and I didn't feel so great, but I was determined to run six laps, especially when the route I mapped out on the Gmap Pedometer (www.gmap-pedometer.com) marked out exactly 1.11 miles. That, of course, mandates that I run six laps so I hit the magical 6.66mi distance. That does not match the GPS, but I'm more inclined to believe the computer rather than the GPS, with as much cover as I run through around here. While the GPS thinks my overall pace was about 10:38/mi, if the distance was truly 6.66mi, then I was running closer to 9:55 at that level of intensity, which I can live with fine.

Today had to be a recovery run as I felt beat the hell up even after yesterday's day of massive barbeque intake and doing pretty much nothing but running. I think I am catching a cold and thus need to be much more disciplined about how much sleep I get. Starting now.
