There was a fair amount of rage in my heart today. Some of it is friction at work, some of it is inherent to my job, some of it is induced by changes in the workplace. I was planning on going 7, but ended up going further. Not killer hard, but not easy running either. Not quite catharsis running, but I need a lot of catharsis in my life right now.
