I got in yesterday after almost a full day of travel and although I was too beat (and it was too late) to work out yesterday, I needed to get some work in today, and did.
The lifting seemed easier for some reason, but the running was inconsistent.
There's a 400m running track near where I'm staying, so I may just run outer ring laps until I hit the requisite distance. It beats trying to run on the dreadmill.
There are 2 Concept2s here, but their flywheels are all kinds of screwed up and the drag factors and speeds are consequently all wrong, so I guess they're not really an option either.
