After yesterday's long run, I decided to get out there to work off some of the soreness, but my legs are pretty beat. Still, if I can get used to keeping up a streak of actually working out, it'll be worth it since I need to get back into shape after what was a disastrous November/December on the workout front. At least the roads are clear, which is a big improvement over last week.
