Today was a day of enforced speed since I'd skipped out yesterday (up late doing homework). Not surging speed as much as settling, then speeding up to finish.
Today was pleasantly quick, and I got back from work early enough to do some lifting. I seem to have regained some strength, but certainly am not back where I was a few months ago. Problem, of course, is that it may not be helping me get any thinner.
If I have enough presence of mind I'll do more homework.
