First time on the Concept in a while. I came back to Kansas last night to the tune of snow, snow, snow. There was more snow that landed this morning.

After cranking out what I felt to be reasonable (not particularly hard) pace on the Concept, I did some bench, incline bench, and bicep curls this morning to finish out.

Being back here, it is so wrong that I think 30F was warm, but it was, compared to this.
