I figured I needed something less hefty than what I did yesterday, so I decided on only 8000 today. I did it mostly at 2:12/500m because I didn't particularly want to go hard back to back.

This was probably good - it is always difficult to make sure that I'm going easy on an easy day, especially when the temptation is to go hard, every time, on the Concept.

Not sure what I want to do tomorrow, after two days of rowing. I could always do more - but maybe I need to start focusing on some other stuff as well.

I've noticed I'm usually the only one using the Concept. Almost everyone else wants to use the Fluid S350, which as I've already well-documented, sucks.
