I was totally smoked today. I realized, though, that I will lose Thursday as a training day as I'm supposed to sit in a speech that will deprive me of any chance to train. Consequently, today was an exercise in raw willpower as I honestly wanted to take a nap. If it'd been dark, I probably would have.

That said, the goal was to train, so I was going to train. The upshot was that today was an exercise in slow wogging. In all honesty, that was probably the right choice anyway since I was going much, much too fast for what I did yesterday. And that's that. Some might say that junk miles are junk miles - but I'm at the age where any mileage is better than none in the great majority of circumstances.
