My blistering start was based on a realization that I wasn't going to make it to the gym in time to meet up with my expected partners. I got there and was totally spent, expaining the glacial wogging that ensued shortly thereafter.
Then I ground out 2000m on the Fluid, which my running partner has dubbed "the washing machine" because of its circular, water-filled tub. That was a lot of work, but there's not as much reward for spinning on the Fluid as there was on the Concept.
I need to start working upper body though, by the end of the month.
