I found spinning more difficult today, but I'm not sure if it's just due to lack of sleep (I've been averaging 4 hours a night because of my research monograph for SAMS the last week or so) or if I'm still recovering from my 10,000 spin from a few days ago.
Otherwise, the object was to go do something, not just to sleep in and do nothing but eat.
I'm almost tempted to run, although there's still ice out there after last weekend's snowfall. A temperature of 30 is, well, downright warm after the last few days. Your body really does get used to cold temperatures, disturbingly enough.
