There was enough ice and snow on the ground where I deliberately didn't go too ambitious this morning. It's also harder to run with two or three layers of snivel gear on as well.
The plan is still to do a long run tomorrow - but this is to make up for doing nothing but eating yesterday.
The other thing is if the pressure tendency is to fall rapidly, might as well get the run in now before the weather goes south.
I also have a birthday party for the Princess. This run is necessary for my relative peace of mind so I don't feel like skulldragging the 18 kids that are coming over this afternoon.
