Z3 high.

Today really was as humid as I thought it was once I checked the WX records.

As usual, the killer aspect of running here is sunlight. I was dying out in the open. Surprisingly, I started stronger than I thought. I'm not sure why, unless it's a function of the inconsistent training I've done over the last few days.

The killer is mostly heat and lack of water by the time I finish block 3, which is mostly in the open, with little shade, in a river plain.

I'm not sure why the Tommy Keene song refused to dislodge. Every time I do this it turns into a "you can't kill me" kind of run. That has strange effects on pacing and tempo.
