It was a lot harder to spin at 2:15 pace for 10,000m than I thought. It's been a little while since I've rowed 10k, so maybe it points to the need to get back in the saddle and start rowing again.
The run times were faster overall than previous, but I attribute a lot of that to the weather.
I have no idea why yesterday's listing blanked. No big deal, though.
