Fastest run in a while - and the fastest I've done any speed for a while, particularly on the last leg. All downhill, hard finish, and it all fell together. Of course, it could be also because it's about 25-30 degrees lower right now than it's been in the last few weeks.
While it could've been cooler for my tastes, it really doesn't get much better than this. It's a rare occurrence that I absolutely hammer a training run in time trial-like fashion.
