I was running this mornign with someone who traditionally does not like to run, so this was even more relaxed than a normal recovery run. What kept this run from being a Z1 run was some of the changes in pacing and in terrain.
Every time I think of the Juliana Hatfield song in question, I'm reminded my 7th grade Latin and "camera" being one of the words I had to learn for vocabulary. It means "room," by the way. The other phrase that comes to mind is "camera obscura," in the lighting sense.
