This was going to be a long run but it became a hard one as I pushed well into oxygen debt. My right knee continues to hurt so I've been shoring it up with a Cho-Pat strap, which I wore on this run. That helped, I think. In the meantime, I'm continuing to stretch it because that's pretty much the only preventive thing I can do with it.
