Five miles of easy recovery run. The goal was to stay below anaerobic threshold, and I was largely successful, although I was pretty close on some of the uphills.
I was thinking of the Levellers' "The Recruiting Sergeant," but I couldn't remember it, so I thought of a different song by actual veterans of the Afghanistan campaign.
