Another easy run but my hip flexors and quads still hurt. I'll hit it again on the body armor squats but my knees are also feeling it, so tomorrow is going to be a rest day. Still, better than doing nothing but eating.

The Emerson Hart song was a throwback to 2005 also, albeit a lot different than Limp Bizkit from yesterday.
