Easy run, deliberately staying below anaerobic threshold. This was a good easy, sometimes slow run that didn't feel too bad. I could make a claim of junk mileage, but in reality, it's not, since I run so little these days.

Left arm still sore from tendonitis. I have no idea when the Army is going to administer ACFTs in the near future, so there's that. I fear the gym will become unavailable very soon.
