It took the most herculean efforts to get my ass out of bed today after taking yesterday off. I am beat for some reason and I don't know why. Today's run involved dead legs and a malfunctioning heart rate monitor chest strap. In fairness to the chest strap, it's a decade old, so it's probably due for replacement.
