Still not feeling back up to snuff, but at the very least I was able to get something in, which is far better than yesterday. First start was not auspicious, the return leg far more so.

I have managed to crush out the lateral sides of the heel of these shoes after only 100 miles. I might have to go back to stability shoes for the next ones.
