For going the speed I did today, I didn't feel like I was working as hard as I should. That means I'm either getting faster, or there's something about the Gel-Neo33s (aside from flexibility and a lower heel drop) that is making me go faster for relative effort.

I was particularly gratified to see generally even pace, relative to terrain. Mile 5 was particularly fast, but I was closing on finish, and went hard.

I felt surprisingly good today, which is good since I slept thru most of my alarm snoozes.

The weather was also a contributing factor - another great day for a hard run.
